Shipping Policy:

Standard shipping price is for areas in the continental USA only.
UPS Standard/USPS to USA continental 48 states for $20.00
UPS 3-day select for $30.00
International Canada if UNDER 20# USPS medium flat rate box or UPS for $40.00
World Wide if UNDER 20# USPS medium flat rate box for $80.00
UPS World Wide $110.00

Shipments made outside of the USA will require the buyer to pay any and all brokerage fees, taxes and tariffs.
We primarily ship via UPS so we can email you a tracking number as long as you provide us with an email.  With the tracking number you can follow your package on its journey from us to you.

Return Policy:

We offer a 7 day return policy for any defective product or at our discretion.
We offer a 0-14 day return policy for any reason, buyer is responsible for shipping costs and a 10% restocking charge.
We offer a 16-30 day return policy for any reason, buyer is responsible for shipping costs and a 50% restocking charge.

All returned merchandise MUST be in original packaging to be accepted.  All returned items for refund are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee (no restocking fee on defective products or exchanges) any return shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer and Jensen Auto, Inc. does not assume liability for returning any products to us.  All Shipping, Handling, Insurance and other fees are Non-Refundable.  No returns will be accepted without prior Authorization and the customer assumes all responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.  You must email or call us to explain the defect or problem with the item.

An ASE or Certified Technician must install the compressor for the warranty to be valid.  The system must be flushed to remove all contamination from the damaged compressor, vacuum the system to remove the moisture, replace the drier and consider replacing the condenser (if there is too much contamination), add oil.  Please keep ALL packaging material and documentation (flushing and drier invoices from your mechanic shop) for claims made for problems with compressors.  Jensen Auto, Inc. is not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper.
